Swarm Development (aka Mob Development) is a programming technique which brings teams together. Using this technique, a group of people come together to solve a complex problem or to implement a new feature. Typically, one person "drives" by sitting at the keyboard while the rest of the group discuss what to build, how to build it, and relay that to the driver. The intention is that at the end of the session, the Swarm will complete a full tested feature, ready for production. This group is open to anyone interested in software development, regardless of skill level and experience. By focusing on software quality, sharing ideas, knowledge, and experience, the Swarm not only produces quality software, but also, strengthens the hive. Join the Meetup group and attend the events to see what the buzz is all about!
