Hey Betties!

As some of you know, I'm a big fan of crossfit, when it's done right - I even used it to tone up for my wedding :) Now, I'm excited to have the opportunity to invite YOU to a studio that will take the care to introduce you to crossfit in a responsible way that will help you tone up and get a rockin' bod, while being careful to watch your form to avoid injury.

SEAtown Crossfit has invited our members to join them for a COMPLIMENTARY intro session and workout this Saturday. We'll meet at the gym, get our workout on and then head out for a coffee/tea social hour afterward.

As with all of our SB Exclusive events, a small business owner is opening their doors - and paying their staff - to create a special experience for YOU. Please treat them with respect and only RSVP if you actually plan to attend.

Here's what SEAtown CrossFit wants you to know:


SEAtown CrosFfit is one of Seattle's premiere CrossFit gyms, offering personalized results-oriented CrossFit fitness training in a fun, energetic group atmosphere!

CrossFit combines elements from gymnastics, calisthenics, plyometrics, olympic weightlifting, kettlebell training, and endurance training to create a unique fitness program that can deliver remarkable results.

We distinguish ourselves with professional coaching emphasizing strong technique and form. The atmosphere is both focused and exciting-- participants cheer each other on and engage in friendly competition while taking their fitness to new levels. Our members will tell you they're in the best shape of their lives!

We are excited to have you out for an introductory session. The visit will include some general info on What is CrossFit?, Is it for me?, Q&A time and, of course, some instruction and a work out. The instruction/workout will include a warmup, mobility/stretching, introduction and coaching of movements and then finally a workout which includes the new movements learned that day. Don’t worry, you will not be asked to do anything you are not comfortable with or at any level you are not comfortable.
