Greetings from Swift Delhi!
We're excited to announce Chapter 13 of the Swift-Delhi meetups promising another great bout of all things swifty :)

This time we'll be conducting the meetup with the folks at UrbanClap ( https://www.urbanclap.com ) at Plot No 19, Sewa Tower,5th Floor,Anath Road, Near Maruti Udyog, Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Sector 18, Maruti Udyog, Sector 18, Gurugram, Delhi/NCR (Nearest Metro Station - MG Road Metro Station) on Saturday the 1st of September 2018.

As always here are the talks lined up for this chapter,

#1 - Protocol Oriented Programming

Speaker: Jayant Jaiswal

Abstract : Would focus on What is protocol oriented programming?, What are protocol extensions? How to start thinking on protocol extension way? How to convert on OOP to POP.

Bio: iOS Developer/Full Stack with 2.5 years of experience. I hail from Roposo, currently working at UrbanClap as an iOS Engineer. Have worked on both backend and iOS. I enjoy working more on architectural and design related problems. Apart from tech, I enjoy either working out or playing TT.


#2 - MVI - Reactive architecture for modern applications

Speaker: Dinesh Raja

Abstract: MVI(Model-View-Intent) is a unidirectional data flow architecture to build predictable, resilient and responsive applications adhering to reactive streams. MVI in its definition brings user at the centre. The architecture advocates pragmatic programming practices that improves tests & maintainability of the code, catering to a cleaner, fault tolerant-modern system.

Speaker: Nikhil Sharma

Abstract: Button is one of those UI components which is used in every app. There's always a story behind it's evolution from being a simple UIButton to it's complicated version by the end your app. This talk is about a similar experience where I'll discuss it's various stages and how it evolved in one of my recent apps.
