The Empathy Games - Paul Goddard

Details
Empathy is defined as the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. Paul has tailored some games and drills from the world of improvisational theatre based around “emotions” that he uses when coaching teams and individuals. In this session he will share some simple techniques and protocols you can use to assess your own strength in recognising your own emotions and feelings, as well as in others.
Paul is a coach, trainer and conference speaker. He is well known for his book Improv-ing Agile Teams and the Agile Pub-cast.
