Swindon Agile Practitioners presents: Lean Coffee

Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.

The format for a Lean Coffee is very simple. This is intentional. It is meant to be the least structure necessary for a coherent and productive meeting. No more, no less.

Using a personal Kanban board we will ask for topics people want to discuss this can be a personal challenge or an are of interest you do not need to be an expert to suggest a topic. We will then prioritise the topics by voting and work through them as time permits. Using timeboxing to guide our discussions

Please note this meet up is at Nationwide's Wakefield house site this is the site nearest the old town opposite Intel and the Marriot.
