What we're about

Is life feeling too busy or like we are not in control at the moment? Why not take a break and join us for an hour meditation class learning to slow down, becoming more peaceful, more insightful, and in more control of our experiences. Our classes include a relaxation breathing meditation, teachings for a happy mind, a meditation on the topic of the teaching, and a short discussion (Q&A). You will have the opportunity to meet like-minded people and share views and experiences in a safe friendly environment.
