WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?
Oscar, better known on Instagram as @ihackeddiabetes, was diagnosed with type two diabetes 5 years ago and began following ketogenic diet within the last 2 years. He has not only reversed his diabetes, but has also created many delicious dishes along the way and shares them on his awesome blog! Oscar will be soon launching his very own line of low carb, keto, and diabetic-friendly eats, Oscar Makes Good Snacks! (OMG Snacks on Instagram)

Kellie aka Kellie Foster @kellie_keto is best known for her never ending support, motivation, and positive impact on the keto and low carb community. Having lost over 100 pounds and maintaining, Kellie inspires daily Instagram with her fitness, meal prep, and open discussions about mental health.

Our friend Joanna from @ketoincanada will also be on a panel at 2 PM! Joanna has openly shared her weight loss and fitness journey, losing over 60 pounds while also juggling work and mom life! She is a daily inspiration, and 100% real and relatable! She also runs an amazing blog (the swimsuit post was one of my favourites) and has a weight loss guide!
