As a CTO/Tech leader its worth hearing from the top of growing and dynamic tech companies - from CEOs who have grown successful businesses, and from those who have invested in and sat on the board of such businesses.

Join us in welcoming the following 4 CEOs/Chairs/Directors to the meet up to share their experiences and insights into what CEOs need from CTO/Tech leaders.

Kristine has worked in small agencies and large corporations on projects of increasing complexity. Her strengths are communication, organisation, and "getting stuff done."

Kristine will bring a unique insight as someone who has rapidly covered the ground from someone very hands-on technical to acting strategically as a director in a large organization.

This evening will kick off with some brief talks by CEOs/Chairpersons and then rapidly move to a panel - with questions from the audience and some lively debate/discussion.

Talks as follows:

Rand on What the CEO/Board Needs from the CTO:

- the CEO perspective - what are their mission critical priorities in 2015 and who do they turn to for input

- how to produce Board ready information

Sam Riley on "Vision, Clarity, Competence, Influence - 4 things Engineering leadership should focus on"

The food will be from 6pm with opportunity to network and chat, but the talks start at 6:45pm to allow plenty of time for panel discussion at the end.
