Pathways to finance co-housing/collaborative housing projects

Details
Knowing how and where to get finance for your co-housing project is often where projects run into trouble.
Cohousing and other similar styles of collaborative housing projects are rare in Australia and therefore there are no set ways to achieve this.
Karen Deegan from Built for Good will take us through how projects that are already built achieved their finance and also discuss other possibilities for finance or partnerships.
To get the most out of the session it is best to come prepared with a list of the main objectives, including social, sustainable, affordability etc of your own project.
