Introduction To Dingo\Donkey Cars

As a follow-up to last month's LCA 2020 review, this talk will be about the Dingo Car self drive car project.
This talk will be will be an introduction Dingo Car and the Perception module from this year's Open Hardware Miniconf.
The Dingo Car is an offshoot of the Donkey Car project, nn opensource DIY self driving platform for small scale cars.
