We're chuffed that Venkatesh (Venky) Krishnamurthy will be heading north to Sydney in March. Venky is the first Australian Certified LeSS Trainer as well as an adviser, speaker and writer.

About this session

Most product development teams rely so much on the product owners that, they won't know who the real customers are. We will explore the role of a PO from a Scrum perspective and how Large-Scale Scrum(LeSS) brings this role alive in implementing large scale product developments. We'll also explore the 5 relationships that a PO needs to manage to succeed in the role.

About Venky

Venky is a computer scientist is an experienced organisational and product development coach. With a wealth of experience working on large, complex product developments for various clients in USA, France, Asia is now settled in Australia. He is the first Australian Certified LeSS Trainer. He is also qualified Innovation Games specialist.
