Lunchtime Testing Dice Game with Samantha @ Campaign Monitor
Let's play the testing dice game. This is a fun interactive exercise in black box testing and critical thinking skills. If you have played this game you will be sworn to secrecy in how it works, see this blog post for more detail; Priority will be given to people who haven't played before. Free lunch will be provided; hence the limit to 4 people. Please keep your RSVP up to date as this lets more people experience this. RSVP's will open up 2 days before hand. This event will be run on a regular fortnightly basis. Alternatively if your office is in the Sydney CBD, Samantha can come to you for a free lunch time dice game session (pending on her availability; breakfast before work/evening after work sessions in cafe's/pubs are also an option if there is enough demand), please express interest for this here;

What we're about

Public Group

All test professionals and software development people are welcome — programmers, managers, designers, architects, technical support folk, documentors, project managers, etc.

Sydney Testers is about smarter software testing. We welcome any IT professional that performs or supports the practice of testing. This may be manual testers, automation specialists, performance, security, test managers, developers (acceptance testing and unit testing), devops crew, end users (UAT testing), and others...

We are a group of people with a focus to improve testing for Sydney. We operate under a shared set of values and principles. We seek to practice high-value testing rather than so-called "best practice".

Anyone is welcome to join this meetup group that wants to do any of the following:

• Stay fresh with the latest trends

• Network with testing professionals

• Learn new testing techniques and tools

Sydney Testers holds monthly networking meetups and talks.
