Pete leads a team of automation experts at a consultancy firm. Recently he lead the Quality Practice at an email marketing company and introduced a Quality Coach model, and pioneered a Quality Champions initiative to up skill developers in testing, while working solo amongst 50+ software engineers.

Sahar Khoshraveshan from Ansarada
Sahar is a quality coach at deal brokerage for startups platform. They have a handful of testers to 50+ engineers and are scaling that "testers" mindset in their teams.

Divya Konnur from Tyro
Divya is a test practice representatives at Tyro Payments a startup bank on the business banking sector. She has 14 years of software testing experience and recently transitioned into quality advocate role.
