AFTER Media + Entertainment Tech Expo (formally SMPTE) on Wednesday can visit the free exhibition hall who are generously hosting this months syd[video]. The theme for this evening will be focussed on looking forward in streaming technologies.

Tonight we have three talks from specialists who deliver streaming events to the worlds biggest audiences. They will be presenting take aways for anyone delivering a video strategy.

*This lighting talk will give a peek into the technology behind a first-of-a-kind digital streaming service featuring premium content from a major Hollywood Library that uses a novel distribution network with an edge-heavy/core-light design, blockchain control, and just-in-time AV transcoding and distribution without a traditional CDN. The particular premium content service builds on the underlying Eluvio content fabric introduced at Sydney VidTech in December 2018.
