  • The Amazon Opportunity

    Online event

35% of all UK online purchases during lockdown were made via Amazon.

Let that sink in for a moment....

A report from Wunderman Thompson Commerce revealed that Amazon’s share of the UK ecommerce market rose to 35% during lockdown, up from 30% at the end of last year.

Traditonal retail businesses were already in uncertain times with countless major players falling long before the recent pandemic, but many more have followed in recent weeks with the pandemic sited as the final nail in the coffin. Now with measures easing, retail shopping being a more distanced experience and even more consumers working from home the appetite for online shopping has increased substantially.

There are over 280,000 sellers in the UK trading on Amazon.co.uk across every category imagineable, seizing the huge opportunity that is created by over 86% of UK consumers shopping there.

Becoming an Amazon partner and getting your products listed is an important first step, but the real challenge lies ahead.

On this webinar I will highlight some of key tactics that can be used to get your products found amongst the many millions on offer and then converting to sales through listing SEO, high quality content, advertising and promotions.

Bio: Over 15 years experience marketing business and consumer brands. 7 years of which has been focused on Amazon across EU regions supporting companies large and small, both brands and marketplace sellers. Having learnt the hard way I'm in a position to help others avoid the pitfalls and start as quickly and succesfully as possible.
