Half Day of Mindfulness - Apple Blossom Sangha

This is a somewhat extended time practicing mindfulness, in the Plum Village style, as a community. All are welcome, including those new to meditation. We come together to listen to a Dharma Talk (teachings), to practice sitting meditation, walking meditation, other mindfulness practices—as well as singing, smiling and breathing together. Suggested donation $10, or appropriate to your means.
Typical Schedule:
1:00 Welcome, Chant and Guided Sitting meditation
1:40 Walking meditation
2:00 Dharma Talk (video of past talk by Thich Nhat Hanh, or another Plum Village teacher)
2:30 Break
2:45 (Another Mindfulness practice)
3:30-4 Snack (Mindful eating practice, followed by eating and visiting)
