Hi Doug, these all sound like great ideas. I loved the meditation. 5 is great and relaxed tea and conversation sounds wonderful!

  4. If there is interest, we can arrange a morning sitting during the week.  We can usually get the Center between 7:30 and 8:30.

I know that many of you find the meeting time to be a problem.  I have no difficulties about changing the time, but we will have to change the venue.  We are basically using Upstate Yoga during one of their few non-teaching periods.  I would be happy to host the group in my home, but I know that many were not happy with this possibility.  I can make a meeting room available at my office in Liverpool, but that may not be so convenient for many of you.  Please, make suggestions if you have an alternative.

My goal in forming this Sangha was to have a regular group which would sit together weekly.  Whatever you can suggest that will permit us to have a weekly sitting with reasonably regular attendance will be gratefully received.
