This workshop will help companies avoid building and selling without true marketing validation. Scott Ellman, head of sales at Pinnacle Family of Companies, will help attendees gain a repeatable framework for conducting effective customer discovery interviews, techniques to distinguish real demand from "polite interest," practical methods to identify early adopter, as well as refine ICPs (ideal customer profiles) and a develop a checklist to validate markets before scaling sales or marketing.
