Energy Up Exercises- We have all heard the term, “low energy”. The Exercises in this class will heal the body by restoring energies that have become weak, disturbed, or out of balance. In this class we work with nine primary, but interrelated energy systems. Some of these systems include the meridians, reflexology points, the chakras and the aura.
In this class you will learn various exercises and movement you can use as a form of everyday self-care to keep you immune system strong and vibrant.
You will leave feeling awake, aware and ready to face the week ahead with vim and vigor. This class is for everyone of all physical fitness levels.
