TBIC: Successful Inventor Lisa Lloyd joins us August 12th

Greetings Inventors,

Just a reminder Wednesdays is our next meeting and joining us is a very successful inventor, Lisa Lloyd will be sharing her formula for getting to Wow with your product. Learn how a high school dropout became an inventor earning millions in her early 20's! She will talk about how to invent solutions with the WOW factor that gets deals done. Lisa will share real stories from each of the 7 products she's licensed that have done over $30M in sales and give a sneak peek of her newest product that is currently getting licensed. When she was 23 she discovered the path of innovation with her first problem solved, the French Twister.She made and sold them on a small scale before licensing the patent to Scunci® where it went on to earn about $20M in sales globally.

“Like any great thing, I wanted to share my passion with the world and help others succeed also. I began coaching and training on topics related to innovation and found that I loved teaching as much as innovating. By the time I was 25 I had a thriving invention career and had co-founded the Inventors Association of Arizona, a not-for-profit organization to help others do the same.”

In addition to consulting start-up’s to Fortune 500 companies with incredible success, Lisa helped others as a featured lecturer at Universities including the UA Eller School of Business & Entrepreneurship, ASU College of Engineering, and the AZ Intellectual Property Association's continuing education program to name a few. Lisa received several prestigious awards including Rice (University) Alliance “Business Plan Pitch Competition” and “Pitch it to the Pros” with the late Billy Mays of Discovery Channel’s “Pitchmen”.
