The Asian Real Estate Professional Association, Inc. (AREPA) is a non-profit professional association. AREPA was founded to provide a forum for Asians in the real estate profession and for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the real estate profession.

Membership is open to anyone who is interested in the purposes and goals of AREPA. Members include, but are not limited to, owners, property managers, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, attorneys, accountants, and real estate brokers.

AREPA was formed for several purposes. First, AREPA will educate its members (and the public at large) on various real estate topics and current topics of special interest. Second, AREPA will provide a forum for the discussion of current and emerging issues affecting the real estate industry. Third, AREPA will organize social events for its members, their guests, and interested outside parties to meet and make new professional contacts.

AREPA’s mission is to provide a networking platform for all real estate professionals. AREPA helps its members with challenges and changes in the real estate industry.

AREPA Distinguished Speaker Event with Real Estate Developer Ian Bruce Eichner

The Asian Real Estate Professional Association (AREPA) is pleased to present a distinguished speaker event featuring Ian Bruce Eichner on Tuesday April 2, 2019 from 6PM to 8PM at the offices of Herrick, Feinstein LLP (2 Park Avenue, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10016). Mr. Eichner is the founder and chairman of the Continuum Company, a privately held development firm based in New York City. The Continuum Company has developed more than 12 million square feet of residential, office, retail and hospitality real estate, totaling over $6 billion. Mr. Eichner will discuss his distinguished career in real estate as well as some of his company’s current projects. Under the direction of Ian Bruce Eichner, the company’s founder, TCC’s team of real estate professionals has a successful track record of developing complex, multi-phased projects from inception to occupancy.
