What we're about

SPARK is a collective of young adults (18-35+) with different paths in life who strive to be in meaningful relationship with one another. We gather intentionally to co-create community, make meaning, and do justice across northern Virginia. Rooted in the principles of Unitarian Universalism we support one another as we commit to:

👉🏾 Honor the Sacred, Profound and Mundane

👉🏾 Create Brave and Accountable Spaces

👉🏾 Cultivate Intentional Relationships

👉🏾 Build Collective Liberation

👉🏾 Work from Our Edges

Dinner Church: The Last Hurrah

Online event

Dinner Church is SPARK's monthly opportunity for young adults (18-35ish) to connect with one another through contemplation and conversation over a shared meal. In the course of the evening those gathered are invited to sing, share stories, and make meaning as we celebrate all that we have co-created with SPARK in the last two years. No matter your spiritual/ethical worldview or the number of times you have participated in previous gatherings, you are welcome to take part. As this is a dinner-time gathering, please feel free to bring beverages, snacks, meals and sweet treats as you wish. There will also be a special toast to salute SPARK's two year birthday towards the end of our time together. The evening will begin at 5:30 for a time of casual conversation with the liturgy to follow at 6:00. Please RSVP to claim your space at the table and to receive the zoom invitation: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/dinner-church-tickets-127037104399
