Master Liu and Tai Ji Circle students wish to share their love of Chen Taijiquan, this traditional form of tai chi has meditation and qi gong movements in the practice that help to generate energy, as well as being an effective internal martial art. The two hour sessions will be at a level where everyone can join in.
Tai Ji Circle's regular Chen tai chi classes are held on Sunday mornings in Camden or evening classes in different venues during the week, this is an opportunity to have a monthly class, currently free of charge with one of the best teachers in London, and enjoy exercise and learning new skills in the fresh air of one of London's green spaces.
All welcome to come along, no experience is required, and dress warmly!
