Initial Meetup

TNewTech Meetup is a brand new group, designed to bring together Toledo's coders, technologists, researchers, IT people, .Net/Web/UX developers, e-commerce'ers, students, designers, entrepreneurs, bloggers, etc., interested in tech and innovation. Our aim is to support and encourage all our members, exchange ideas, share/find resources, network and build a community for the benefit of all.

We are hoping to pattern this group after the A2NewTech Meetup in Ann Arbor, which has successfully fostered a community of tech professionals while co-existing with many other meetup groups in the area. As such, we're hoping to work WITH many of the existing tech groups in Toledo, and we want TNewTech to be for the benefit of, and be run by, the members it attracts and who join the community.

We are holding our initial meeting on Tuesday April 12 at 6:00pm, and we welcome all tech professionals (and enthusiasts!) in the Toledo area to join us. Our goal at this first meeting is to learn how to best serve the needs of our community. We will be meeting at LaunchPad Incubation at the University of Toledo (see event address), where there is ample free parking. Refreshments will be provided, so please RSVP to give us an idea of how much to order.
