TRE (tension trauma release exercises) allow you to create balance in your system, reconnect with your body and heal systemically. These simple exercises, developed by Dr David Berceli (PhD) release the stress and tension that accumulates from day-to-day living as well as from stressful or traumatic events.

The technique consists of six tension release exercises that help relieve deep tension by evoking muscular shaking/neurogenic tremors. These tremors originate deep in the psoas muscles and gently reverberate further into the body.
