If you NEVER experience stress of any kind (you're always in a state of bliss), you don't need my class. For the rest of us, TRE is a natural way of releasing stress from trauma (recent or past) or day-to-day stress.  TRE uses the body's genetically encoded method of bringing the body back to a calm/centered/relaxed state. TRE is a set of simple exercises that invokes the natural shaking/tremoring mechanism in the body that occurs when we are under stress. This natural shaking is how the body was designed to come out of the fight/flight/freeze response.  However, we have typically been socialized out of this. I will teach you how to re-awaken this innate ability. TRE can be taught in one class, you can then do it on your own.
