Reiki Therapy Practitioner Training (Level 2)

Completion of this class enables you to provide therapeutic services to others as a Reiki Practitioner. This class includes instruction, a manual, the attunement and your certificate of completion. (To be eligible for this class one must have successfully completed Level 1 and a 6 months treatment journal (a weekly therapeutic treatment on self or others). Reiki Master requires the successful completion of Level II and practical hours (treatment on others for 6 - 10 months with mentoring session every other month. The highest level of Reiki Master/Teacher program has additional practical hour & mentoring requirements.

Simply yoga

Come experience a 30 minute class of therapeutic poses, breathing and mindfulness. This class will help you to understand the principles that help to create healing and transformation through yoga. After the class there will be a 30 minute discussion and Q and A about yoga therapy. Breath, Movement and the link to boost energy, manage emotions and stress to improve your physically, mentally and emotionally health.

Join in a conversation and learn a bit about how to over come the things that hold you back
