The amount of information that needs to be conveyed regarding the Quarterlies has outgrown the limits of meetup event pages. So, I have created a microsite dedicated to facilitating the next Quarterly: http://www.tabletopgamersalliance.com/q4/

It is also much easier to share the microsite link with friends who do not use meetup. It is a completely new system from the one that was used for last year's Quarterlies and is still very much a work in progress; so mobile-friendliness is not 100% there yet.

The above link will get you started, but you will need to register a free Discord account in order to get the most out of the chat room.
