What we're about

Join us for a “Laughter Wellness” session and experience simple, playful, and effective techniques that spark laughter and help create and sustain positive energy. No need to "fake it till you make it." You will be invited to laugh at your own comfort level in conjunction with other activities designed to improve overall wellness. Come experience the benefits of laughter: a natural defense against illness; a way to elevate mood, counteract depression, and promote positive emotions; and a way of diffusing stress and enhancing problem-solving skills.
