Hello! I am the Ladies' Coordinator for the Tacoma Rangers, a GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) sports club in the city of Tacoma. If you've never heard of the GAA, we play two Irish sports - Hurling for men/Camogie for women, and Gaelic Football for both men and women. I'm looking to recruit more women to the team so we can start our own Ladies' Football and camogie teams.
GAA sports are growing fast in the Northwest. Most of us who weren't born in Ireland have picked it up as adults, but if you've played virtually any other sport (lacrosse, field hockey, softball, soccer, basketball, rugby) you've already got some of the skills.

If you're interested in learning more about the fastest game on grass, and are looking for a supportive, fun atmosphere, please get in touch. We practice every Saturday at 10:45 at Jane Clark Park in Tacoma (4825 North 39th St., Tacoma). No previous experience is necessary - bring cleats and water, and we'll supply the rest!
