Anxiety, fatigue, and mental fog all slow us from what we really enjoy. There are many types of anxiety and many causes of anxiety. What they all have in common is that they are worse when the body is not fueled. This is an educational Meetup group that will explore how achievable food choices, exercise strategies, and restful sleep can improve energy and mental clarity. In each Meetup will provide new tools, information, support and discussion related to new approaches for improving wellness and balance. This group is for individuals with low energy, mental fog or anxiety that slows them from what she/he would really like in their life. If you want to hear about a new approach and just want to come listen…Join us. If you already know that what you eat impacts your sense of wellness and would like support and new ideas…Join us. If big or small challenges could just feel a little smaller so you could be just a little bolder…Join us.

Virtual Book Launch Party: Fuel Your Brain, Not Your Anxiety

Hello- It has been awhile since our last Meetup. It was impart due to Covid and impart that I was busy writing a book and it is now ready for release. I am having a launch party and I though the Meet Up Group might be interested in participating. Below is some information on both the party and the book. It is finally happening our workbook is being released. The book that we’ve been working on, Fuel Your Brain, Not Your Anxiety (published by New Harbinger) will be available on February 1st, 2021.
