This is a weekly group for anyone interested in learning or further developing a Tai Chi practice for the purposes of health cultivation and wellness.

Taiji (or T’ai Chi) means “grand ultimate” and has been around for a very long time. Taiji occurs in a lot of different styles, and I will be teaching the 24 move short form of Taiji Chuan.
As an internal Chinese martial arts system, the moves are slow, gentle and graceful. You can think of Taiji as a moving meditation and a health-building system. The following are some common benefits from this practice:
Release some stress,
Calm the mind and spirit,
Improve muscular tone, strength and awareness,
Improve balance, flexibility, and coordination,
Improve concentration and focus.
