The 1st class of a 9 week course...brilliant if you fancy an hour of total relaxation!
This course will be ideal for those of you who are totally new to Tai Chi & Qigong and would like to learn it as a form of relaxation and meditation in movement.
Tai Chi is a slow, relaxed, flowing sequence of moves ideal for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind, while gently exercising the body.
During the course we will look at some of the basics of Tai Chi, go through the first few moves of the Tai Chi sequence and we will also do some Qigong.

This is a 9 week course for complete beginners and will run every Monday until the 6th June. (If you have already done a beginners course, I also run a course for advanced beginners - please email me for more details.)
