Welcome to Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga Wellbeing Retreats and Holidays!
Most of the Holidays/Retreats will take place in warm, sunny, interesting places, giving you a unique chance to relax, rejuvenate, explore and meet like-minded people. If you're interested in learning Tai Chi and Qigong as a form of relaxation and meditation in movement, or love Yoga and a generally healthy lifestyle and are passionate about travel and exploring, this may be the group for you.
The retreats will be suitable to both beginners to Tai Chi and Qigong as well as the more experienced. Everyone is welcome!
