What we're about

Weekly tai chi and qigong classes offered in Orange County by Balance 24/7. Chief instructor: Ryan Lee.

Tuiton based classes, seminars, and workshops:

City of Costa Mesa Common Core Tai Chi class - Thursday PM

Half Day - Women's Self Defense training seminars.

Weekend Shibashi Qigong instructors training and certification workshops.

Tuition based classes are limited to 15 students max. Smaller class size is a much more focused learning experience where the teacher can offer instruction, posture and form corrections that are not possible in a large group class format.

## Tai Chi & Qigong in the Park

Come out and join us in the Park as we stay healthy together. Each week we meet under the shade of the trees and center ourselves with 18 Forms Shibashi Qigong practice. After a short water break we resume class with a focus on Common Core Tai Chi. The 18 forms Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi routine serves as the foundation for improving breathing, posture and flexibility while reducing stress.
The second half of class focuses on Common Core Tai Chi. The Common Core Tai Chi method was created by Master Zhao to reveal and simplify the CORE training method necessary for any Tai Chi practice to produce REAL results. In this class students are taught how to do the exercises in the specific way unique to Common Core Tai Chi and Shibashi Qigong that allows the body to accelerate it’s own rebalancing and self healing abilities.
Ryan leads weekly Saturday class, one class every month is instructed by Master Zhao.
