What we're about

Tai Chi Chuan helps focus the mind and energize the body, making it more balanced and flexible. It also reduces stress, increases stamina, and strengthens one's immune system. Tai Chi Chuan has been described as meditation in movement allowing the individual to find peace and tranquility while improving health.

Our goal is to harmonize spirit, mind and body with our Tai Chi course for beginners.
