What we're about
This group (formerly called Stress Relief Meditation) is for anyone seeking to find ways to be more balanced, grounded and calm in today's hectic world through gentle movements, mental focus and sound. The tools I offer include a short form of Tai Chi as well as various forms of seated, standing or moving Qigong (a Chinese term which means "energy practice"). Qi (or chi) is our life force energy that runs within and around our body and energy field - today's scientists call this our electromagnetic field.
