Village Health Foundation - 4075 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019 is located between Crenshaw Blvd and Norton Ave.

Village Health Foundation entrance and parking lot is located in the rear. There are 2 facilities there. Our Awesome Tai Chi Members will practice inside the facility closest to the white gazebo.
