What we’re about

Taiho Jutsu is a synthesis of japanese martial arts (Judo, Aikido, Karate, Ju Jitsu...) elaborated by experts to be used specifically by law enforcement agencies in Japan. This martial art is very well adapted to civilians as well and help boosting confidence, physical habilities and reflexes.

Taught in the strict respect of legitimate defense within the boundaries of laws, this practice enjoy a safe system for all practitioners and particularly beginners.

Lessons are given in French, English and Spanish every Wednesday from 8.30pm to 10pm at the Dojo du Cinquantenaire (9, abbé Cuypers street, 1040, Etterbeek) next to Merode metro station.

In addition, during spring and summer, outside courses are given during the week end in the Parc du Cinquantenaire.
