Congratulations to Amy Iverson on completing her very first 50K race this weekend! She's trained hard all year and it really paid off.

We'll warm up with our easy breezy laps around the track followed by our drills and lovely exercises. They ARE helping! Our workout this week is a Declining Pyramid.
(You know how I like Pyramids!)
All with 400 meters recovery
This type of workout uses the endurance you have built over these past weeks while also teaching you how to dig deep and finish fast and strong!
Through this workout you'll be slightly increasing your pace each time the distance gets shorter. This means your slowest pace will be during the 1600 meters and your fastest pace will be during the 400 meters.
