Mile Repeats are possibly my least favorite speed workout, but I know they're good for me.

They are always easier with a little company.

I plan on running along Deschutes in order to take advantage of the shade and the water.

It's going to be hot so be sure to come hydrated!

I'm adding some strength training for after the workout if you're interested.
