What we're about

This is a group for women seeking total health and fitness, wellness and healthy aging. Regardless of your motivation, whether it is to: reclaim health that is currently in decline, to prevent decline and premature aging, to improve energy, performance and recovery in your fitness regime. Women deserve to be happy, healthy and abundantly successful in every area of their life, and together, we make it happen by sharing experiences, connections, thoughts, brainstorms, ideas and laughter. We plan monthly workshops, socials, active outings, book swaps/clubs, business networking, all in the name of happiness, fitness, health and wellness. The time is now! Join us once a month to learn how to take charge of your life and learn how to feel better in your mind, body and spirit.
