IP & Patent Law: The Basics for Entrepreneurs

Hello, entrepreneurs!

Intellectual property (IP) and patent law can be daunting... particularly for entrepreneurs seeking to take new technologies to market. Thus, the next DefTech educational session will be primarily focused on braving IP and patent law and building familiarity with the subjects!

The guest speaker and accomplished intellectual property lawyer, Michelle Leveque, will give a presentation on how entrepreneurs in the area may begin to understand important concepts regarding IP and patents. For example, attendees will be exposed to licensing procedures, understanding basic legal terminology, a general running-down of patent interpretation, and more!
