Talent Acquisition in the Real World is a platform for all TA professionals and hiring teams to illustrate their challenges and wins, collaborate and share.

In the spirit of open source the original shared practices are made freely available and may be redistributed and modified, while expanding our network of creative and passionate people in the industry.

This is a Criteo tech recruitment driven initiative, born out of the need to connect and strengthen an extensive community of professionals focused on intersectional topics as sourcing, engagement, attraction, marketing, employer branding and communications, hiring teams, interview processes, community building, diversity and inclusion, etc.

Why should you join?

The most valuable lessons are the ones we share. Paris is becoming a vibrant point on the world's talent map and TA teams have a big role to play. By sharing practical tips, valuable stories and in-depth insights we hope to bring inspiration, leverage experiences and create an open agora for all of us.

How can you get involved?

Our sessions will include a wide variety of topics, from failsafe tactics to extreme experimentations. Our mantra is to cater to the community, therefore suggesting topics of interest, sparking debate, coming forward as a speaker or moderator and creating real connections with the people you meet will fuel the community for many editions to come.

She has progressively specialised herself in tech recruiting, and is specifically interested in scaling and organising R&D teams. 📃 Setting up an HR function from a recruitment perspective: main challenges & insights 🎤 Samson Loufrani – HR Director at Ekimetrics Samson Loufrani has 13 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruitment. He joined Ekimetrics in 2016 as HR Director in the context of a job/function creation. Prior to join Ekimetrics, Samson was international staffing manager and then head of recruitment at Systra, world leader in consulting and engineering firm in transport infrastructure. Before working in-house, Samson worked as a consultant in senior level executive search. 📃 Reviving a dormant pipeline through communication 🎤 Diane Guena, Employer branding & Marie Moreggiolo, senior R&D Recruiter at Criteo Diane believes in the power of a good story. She wanted to use her marketing and communication background to attract and match the right candidate with the right company. For her first internship, she went straight into Employer Brand for Société Générale, then choosing to join tech companies. She initiated Employer Brand for Deezer, and is now part of the new Employer Brand team for Criteo R&D. Marie has around 10 years of working experience in HR, both in Murex and Criteo. In terms of recruiting, she enjoys trying to find the right candidate for the right team, especially in a tech environment. She also had the great opportunity to diversify her skills working on TA analytics and recruitment processes optimization. She is now Senior Recruiter in the TA R&D team at Criteo, with a specific focus on DevOps. 📃 Happy at work : utopia or reality ? Explore levers that really matters for your people 🎤 Helene Barbarossa - Diversity, Culture & Engagement Manager at PepsiCo Helene Barbarossa is an accomplished HR professional with 12 years’ experience in various industries and companies (PepsiCo, Microsoft, Printemps, LVMH). She developed different areas of expertise in HR transformation, Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition in specific international/matricial and complex environment. Helene is also a happy mother of 2 and a dance lover.
