BlockSpaces DTSP - Bootstrapping a Local Blockchain

This is a follow up to last weeks meetup in regards to bootstrapping a local blockchain for the Tampa Bay Area (Tampa and St. Petersburg). The local blockchain is built. Last week, we discussed whether to use the Proof-of-Work (PoW) or Proof-of-Authority (PoA) algorithm. We also brainstormed which projects should be collectively built first. This includes 1) Reward Tokens or Local Digital Currency 2) CityDAO (a fundraising mechanism for local infrastructure, programs, projects, and startups) 3) Local ID.
