Create a Hello World smart contract and deploy to the testnet

Hey everyone, we are ready for the next one! One of the hardest parts of getting started with smart contract development is getting your work flow right and setting everything up to write, test and deploy your contracts. We'll have a projector, so at the start of this next Sunday I'd like to go over everything from installing Truffle, using testrpc, writing a simple Hello World contract, deploying it to the testnet and interacting with it.

After that we can collaborate on projects or help with questions. Looking forward to seeing you all!
