Intro to Solidity and Hello World smart contract

This will be a reboot of the Solidity beginner series. If you want to learn the basics of Ethereum smart contract development, come to this one! We'll be going over the basics of Solidity and what it means to write smart contracts, and how it is done. We'll cap the day by deploying a simple Hello World contract to the Ethereum testnet.
