The first step to becoming a certified CFI Secular Celebrant is attending a training workshop. The training covers important information about how to perform various types of ceremonies including weddings, funerals, commitment and naming ceremonies, fulfilling legal requirements, and opportunities to practice officiating with other trainees. Attendees will also receive an information notebook with sample scripts and reference materials for the various types of ceremonies.

Due to the current pandemic and in-person meeting restrictions, this will be a virtual training session. DEADLINE: Registrations must be completed by Friday, March 26. Instructions on how to log in to the training session and training materials will be sent to registrants prior to the training.
