[A note from Rick: LAST CHANCE -- If you are neither a member nor a donor of CFI Tampa Bay, why not? The work we do costs money. We are a non-profit, all-volunteer branch of CFI. Donations/membership are tax-deductible. Just because Covid 19 has killed off most in-person activities is no reason to abandon supporting humanist organizations.

We expect users of our CFI activities, like this book club, to pay to participate. It's clearly reasonable. So, on January 1, I will institute the policy "pay to play or go away". Before discussing our December social, I want to remind everyone that if you RSVP for a social and you are not able to attend, you should visit the Meetup site and change your status to "not going". Last social we had reservations for 17 and only 10 attended. The one before we had 10 reservations and only 4 attended. This is not fair to the restaurant workers who prepare for us. Thanks for your cooperation.

This month it's back to Prohibition Kitchen where we had an enjoyable time a few months ago. Please join us for some irreverent freethought company and fun conversation. Weather permitting, we will dine al fresco.

The deadline for RSVP's is Sunday, December 19 at 11:30 pm. Limited to 15 reservations!!! This venue is wheelchair accessible. Late RSVP's please email David: sellonlyne@gmail.com.
