TOPIC: Exploring Authentic Leadership
The need for authentic leaders as an alternative to leaders who emphasize profits and share price over people and ethics is a hot topic today. In this meeting, participants will learn about the attributes and associated behaviors of authentic leadership based on the leading research model. A table top exercise will then give attendees an opportunity to practically apply the lens of authentic leadership to leaders they have encountered in their careers.
